Wow great meat. We went for the homemade hot dogs, but they were from them. I have slender beef, OMG AMAZING. I also have loosely ground Italian sausage, keelbasi and another homemade sausage with cheese garlic. Can't wait to try them out. Also bought a homemade crumb cake from a local baker from the freezer compartment. The best crumb cake we've ever had. It's going to be a lot again. I only support local companies and so glad I found this jewel.

Absolutely love Gaiss Market! You have wonderful employees who can answer your questions. They offer locusts, delis, meat and other random assortment. It has become our primary meat shop for my family and had no complaint yet!
