Mcdonald's - Virginia Beach

Staff were friendly and super helpful. Location was great- right next to the Surf Museum and next to the outdoor concert pavilion. Right on front of the wooden sidewalk that you can easily drag items to the beach. Amazing tiki like pool with area to hang out and watch your kiddos. Showers leaked to the entire bathroom floor and when I called for the maintenance man, they said that is happening to most bathrooms.

Quality service and attention provided to customers, however, the food quality left me wanting. Not sure what's happening but the fries have lost flavor quality and they seem to skimp you on the sauces that go on the sandwiches

Not sure what they are doing at this location today, or maybe its just save money. Went here today, ordered 2 Big Macs, got home and each one only had a single hamburger patty on them. The top half was nothing but lettuce, pickles and sauce.

It was the Friday after Thanksgiving so maybe they were tired. Ask for a triple cheeseburger with no pickles and we got a cheeseburger with triple cheese, we got a sandwich with two bottom pieces of bread, and and a big Mac top bun that was pressed way too hard. Give them a break...they tried.This was the McDonald's outside of or in Norfolk. The McDonald's in Monroeville, PA was an awesome experience.

Just keep driving!!! You will regret your life if you stop at this McDonald's By far the worst location in VB. Had a small order and they managed to burn both the sandwiches, left off both chocolate milks off the order, and they gave me a tortilla with a few sausage crumbles with no egg at all. Just awful!!
