Mission Bbq - Virginia Beach

One memorable moment was when one of the cashiers noticed it was our first visit. She took the time to give us a brief overview of the menu and even brought out a special sauce for us to try called Alabama White, which was SO GOOD! Definitely ask for it! Unfortunately, I can’t recall the name of the wonderful cashier who made our experience so pleasant. It was on October 31st around 1:00-1:30 PM, and she was wearing a black visor with some sequin embellishments. She was outstanding and truly deserves recognition. It’s rare to find staff who go above and beyond for their customers, and her attentiveness really made our visit unforgettable.

The food at this restaurant is outstanding! The brisket is incredibly tender and packed with flavor, while the macaroni, green beans, and baked beans are all expertly prepared and delicious. Although it's on the expensive side, it's definitely worth every penny. The staff does an excellent job, managing to serve quickly during busy times without sacrificing food quality. I also appreciate the inviting smoky aroma that hits you as you enter. This place is a great choice for a special indulgence every now and then.

Amazing service! After living in Virginia Beach for 14 years, this is my first visit, and I was really impressed by the friendly staff. They took the time to explain the menu to me and offered some great recommendations. Plus, the food I ordered was absolutely incredible. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Father's day and we were able to walk in, place our orders, enjoy our delicious food in their outdoor seating area. Brisket was perfect! We ordered both options. Collard greens were excellent. Mac n cheese was fresh, and the coleslaw well... just an amazing meal. The establishment was CLEAN, Welcoming and the customer service just made it even better! Thank you for providing us with a great Dinner! No picture because everything was devoured

Best brisket I've ever had and very reasonably priced! It is a fast food vibe (don't have to wait long for your order) with an amazing BBQ restaurant feel. I love their respect for the military and police in their decor!! I've never been here but wish they had this place in Pittsburgh!!!
