Mikko Sushi - Vista

I ALWAYS get the Philadelphia CUT ROLL and the Spring Rolls (3 Pc) weekly and they are always so good, never disappoints. Love this place, my favorite local place for sushi.

Mijo Sushi in general is amazing. Great rolls like the salmon skin and pipeline roll. But sometimes the service it hit and miss. This location specifically over a number of years. Picking up shouldnt be a difficult task for this location but it is sometimes. We almost walked out with someone elses order due to the hostess not being able to help us and brushing us off quickly. Im not saying we will stop going here just always feels like the service can use improvement.

I loved the stuffed jalapeños! They were SO GOOD, the Baked Salmon Roll was just ok this time. wasnt cooked all the way(i prefer cooked fish otherwise its perfect for anyone who doesnt mind) the miso soups a bit watered down tasting and im a picky miso soup person, otherwise i like this place alot!

The Unadon (Eel Bowl) was amazing! It was exactly what I was craving. Nice portion, beautiful Unagi and I LOVED how generous they were with the avocado. When it arrived it looked exactly as the online picture. Perfection! *chefs kiss

The teriyaki chicken bowl was lacking. Veggies were not cooked and there was hardly any teriyaki sauce.
