Beware! They significantly overcharge from their prices listed on the menu. I ordered a beef chimichanga for $9.99, according to their menu. But the bill was over $14. I asked about the discrepancy and they pointed to the fine print that said we reserve the right to change prices. But the increase was over 30 percent and they never even mentioned it when I made the order. Plus rice and beans were supposed to be included and when I got home the container held only a chimichanga that didn't have a lot of meat in it. Wont go here again! They are ripping off their customers.
Family owned biz good is great. Service is fast best Mexican food in town. Is u ever in town make sure u stop by and try it.
The gorditas are soo good here! I always recommend ordering ahead for pickup and they do make everything by hand so just be conscious of that with the time.
Rafaela's is a family run restaurant. They were VERY festive on Friday Night someone celebrated a birthday, lots of people coming after work. It was a very local community establishment. They had a karaoke machine and the owner(? was singing popular Mexican songs. They came around with a card so we could request one.It was LOUD, but reminded me of family parties I have attended, and so I also felt able to relax. Hubs spotted a flag from the Mexican state of Michaocan (hometown vibes and I think he felt more relaxed too. Food was VERY filling and excellent. Green enchiladas with chicken and cheese, California burrito, homemade salsa the green was excellent, even for our picky eater ; . Beer and wine based drinks only, so the Michelada was fine for me.
