Panera Bread

Soups are fresh and flavorful breads bagels alsoCoffee so goodI ordered veggie sandwich with my soup.I assumed there would be vegetables instead lettuce tomato onion and it looked like cottage cheese. .I asked if I could, in place, have a grill cheese disappointment looked as though slapped together on bread hardly grilled.We are natives in the restaurant businessTry placing Grilled Veggie sandwich such as eggplant zucchini tomato grill the bread add a white sharp provolone A winner. I ordered my husband a tomato soup and grilled cheese. I was texted that it was ready so I got up to get it and the food wasn’t there. They ended up remaking it and sealed the bag. I thought nothing of. I get home give him the bag he takes the apple out and bites it. He instantly spit it out. I asked what happened? He said it’s bad. I took it from him and it was literally MOLDY and rotten! Wth! WHY WOULD THIS BE IN THEIR INVENTORY AND WHY WOULDNT YOU CHECK IT BEFORE ADDING IT TO SOMEONES BAG! DISGUSTING

The food and coffee was okay. I've definitely liked Panera food more at other locations. I think this one is going to be remodeled soon or at least I hope they do. The booths were absolutely filthy and disgusting. I felt uncomfortable sitting there.

Good food but to me it’s has the most user unfriendly ordering process. On line or in store. Especially if you choose their “pick 2” option. End up mostly with excess items.

I asked for a kids apple to be cut and I was told no they don't do that at this location because they don't have the tools. I was given a butter knife so I can't do it myself. It's crazy to me how they rather loose a customer. Also one of the drink container was empty.
