The food is awesome and I love the mash potatoes and fries

I’ve been a regular at Nando’s in Silver Spring, and I have to say, it’s been a fantastic experience every time. My four-year-old daughter is absolutely obsessed with this place, and it’s easy to see why. The flame-grilled peri-peri chicken is always cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spice to satisfy any palate. We also love their variety of sides, from the spicy rice to the crispy fries. The vibrant and welcoming atmosphere makes it a great spot for a family meal, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. If you’re in the area and craving some delicious, flavorful chicken, Nando’s in Silver Spring is definitely worth a visit!

I recently visited this restaurant with my girlfriend. Everything was fine until she tried to order a drink. Because she's from South Africa, her ID was not accepted as a valid form of identification, even though she is a tourist. I asked if the restaurant accepts IDs from Europe or other countries, and they said yes. This inconsistency was frustrating and disappointing. I ended up taking my food to go and will not be returning here. If you're a tourist from another country, you're not allowed to be served alcohol here. It's a shame, especially towards another South African.

I ordered my lunch, picked it up and when I returned to work my chicken was room temperature and I had one scope of cold mashed potatoes, for the cost this is unacceptable. The young man at the register was awesome.

We use to live in Mozambique and missed our Nando’s there- so it was great to have some good Peri Peri chicken!
