The tacos of El Michoacano are delicious. The birria de cabrito is very good, and the al pastor tacos and tripas were also great. If you go, do this before 5:00 because it tends to be very busy at 5:30. There are many seats because most people take their food. Tacos filled and had a lot of meat. I paid $20.50 for 9 tacos, the pears are the most expensive at $3 for a single taco. The taste was from the charts and I'll go back. You take cash or card, which is always easier for you. The location was great, about 4min of I-35 in a local neighborhood.
Finally I made myself for lunch and ordered 3 birria tacos with consumption. The texture of the tortilla was great, to which the meat was tender and full of taste. Consumption was pretty good, but the tacos were good enough that I would have eaten them without them.
Good barbacoa chicharron tacos. Good seasoning on the red green salsas. Tripa was a little hard, but had good taste. A little disappointed after reading the whole hype of the best Birria in the city; Driving from Dallas to SA decided to stop to try their Birria; only to find out they had no at 11:15 for lunchtime and had no until 3:00. It must be a joke. The best Birrie in town and you have no Birrie for lunch. I will definitely come back, hoping that she prep and time it will be ready for lunch. Update: was here several times as I passed by SA. The goat bride with Consome is one of the best I had. It is in taste and texture with some Birrie I had in DFW, Chicago, California, Guadalajara and Tijuana. A big thumb for this jewel in a hole of a trailer.
I saw that food truck was removed on the side of a convenience store in South Waco. The prices are great, but the food is meh. The flour tortilla had this really nice grilled taste, but the ground beef and fajita taco meat seemed a bit old and without any real taste. The vegetables were fresh. The tomatoes were cut in half and the salad was crunchy. I love her spicy red salsa. It tasted homemade. I'll give them another try because the prices are so good. Update: I have visited this food truck several times and every time I was pleasantly enthusiastic. The price and taste of their dishes, especially their breakfast tacos, is unbeatable. I would strongly recommend this place.
We were seeking birria tacos and found them. Originally, they come with baby goat meat but ask for other meats if you like. The tacos were wonderful and we'll be back, definitely!!
