Honey Dew Donuts - Wakefield

This place is a complete disaster! There's a woman working there who obviously doesn't have a business to be there. Has not even noticed that I came (even if the front door opens it chimes), she was clear on a personal, so after about 5 minutes ignored, I finally announced my presence. I ordered a simple ice cream coffee with a taste shot and almond milk... NO SUGAR, which I repeated several times. Then she also burned another order, and the smell of burnt food was overpowered, I am really surprised that the smoke alarm didn't go out (but I think this place is such a mess, you don't even have it). I ordered a breakfast Burrito....what, she couldn't find out how to do, then, when I finally took a bite, hadn't even heated and was not possible. All this and she tried to overcharge me for $5. Perhaps it is time to find better employees who are competent or at least can speak English enough to work in the service and food industry.

I feel like this is the only coffee shop you charge extra for the taste! It is annoying I only have a medium-sized ice cream coffee and when I came to 4,00 dollars with caramel?

Came in to buy a donut a few drinks and see if my 5 years old could be the bathroom and they refused service. Rude unprofessional, they should be ashamed....sorry for the wet spot at the door now.

Food is really good, coffee ties the whole thing together and the person working the front is super nice. 10/10 would go here again ?
