Employees don't listen on drive thru..orders wrong many times, employees looking at cell phones, just general “don't wanna be here” attitudes. And the worst employees in “best” part of town. I am giving my business to Dickies.
Can't beat getting consistently good bbq for this price
Hold off until the worker shortage improves. 5 people working the whole restaurant during evening rush and two were unimpressed kids who didn't want to be there. Online ordering doesn't help either. Food was good, but not worth the 30 minutes in line.
Always good food. Immediately greeted by the manager and staff is almost always nice. Not sure about the cashier this time. Leaning up against the counter and constantly yawning while taking my order. Hold the yawn or cover your mouth. Lacking customer satisfaction training for sure. Hopefully he can only get better. That's the only reason for the 3 stars.
Three stars because we came for ribs on Saturday night and they were out. Dining room closed, we ordered and ate. The crew certainly didn't go out of their way to offer any positive affirmations that they couldn't fill our request, it was more like…well you made it in the door before we could lock it and we have to deal with you so what do you want to eat…some of us want to go home, heard twice.
