Ihop - Walterhill

Food was great and our server, Jimmy, was friendly and attentive.

This is my favorite IHOP! Every time we go the food is scrumptious and the staff are genuinely kind. The wait times are never bad and often we get a seat right away. I enjoy how the menu brings new and seasonal things to try each time we visit. The food here is made more speedily than at other IHOPs I've visited and the chefs pay attention to quality. Horrible service, not very friendly, made my order wrong. What a shame when you have people who want 15 an hour to work but don't care about the customer or their job

This morning my partner went in to pick up our order. The hostess talked to him as if he didnt belong there as he was walking in. When he gave the name of the order she was very rude when she let him know he was at the wrong place. If you are anything but white be prepared to feel unwelcome. This is the most prejudiced place in Pigeon Forge.

As always, I had the Crepes!! My all time favorite!!
