Logan's Roadhouse - Walterhill

Jade from night shift was a great server, so was the bartender. Management there wasn’t to respectful to the customer. I wouldn’t let him manage anything, he doesn’t have the people skill to have the position he has (I wont say his name tho). Besides that it’s a good place to eat. I will definitely call corporate due to the fact the manager made me feel uncomfortable. Felt like he was looking for trouble. Some my stars really go to the staff besides management.

The truth is that today I had a not very pleasant experience since there is very little kindness and service on the part of some workers, for example the hostesses, we are Latin tourists, I came to eat with my husband and my children and decided to take a photo of my husband with my children in the place and those who were hostesses at that time were laughing mockingly at what I was doing and I don't understand why, my husband was very upset, the food took a while to arrive and the place was not … – show

Never got 2 sides with our dinners, got one side i had filet minion and husband had over cooked ribs, we didn't get discounted for not getting our second side very dis appointed ill say this is our last visit

Walked in and was greeted right away. My server Brittany showed up with a sincere smile, amazing presence, and helped me through the questions I had with the menu. My chicken tenders were amazing, the ranch was spot on, and the sweet baked potato was the icing on the cake. Great place, great service, great food!
