Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Walterville

My son and I stopped in today and the store was extremely dirty. Garbage on the floor, the tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days, same with the windows. The frozen yogurt options were very limited. We frequent this location as it is a great way to spend our time when our dogs are getting groomed at Petco, and this is the first time I’ve ever wanted to just turn around and walk out. Even my 9 year old son pointed out how dirty it was.

This place was soon dirty I didn't even want to buy anything the countertop where the food is was disgusting and I wonder when do they actually replace tge spoons that everyone is handling I think they just leave all the toppings plot at night . Definitely would like to know I'd mice are on the counterrops . Also couldn't get a waffle because that wasn't clean and the girl working said they left tge batter out all night NOT SAFE TO EAT .. I think they should hire a professional cleaning company to make sure that the job gets done the customers don't get sick from contaminated food. Absolutely disgusting from the floors to the door handle.

I have to restrain myself from not just filling a bowl with mango popping bobas. ?

Such a special treat everytime we come. My kids love munchies and the employees are always so friendly!!
