Steers - Walvis Bay

It's amazing. beautiful love the burgers. so soft and the sauce of the burger is really good.

The staff is not always as helpful as possible, the food is good, the setup of the shop is very good. We are always happy to go here, especially when it is for ice. The menu is relatively, quite expensive, but some elements seem somewhat expensive compared to others. However, we still support them, depending on the article.

Well, what can I say that I work late I tried to order a delicious Wednesday and the lady answers the phone. She says first that these are the Swk Steers, but I called the number for Walvisbay Steers. The time was 07:30 08/12/2021. I don't know why, but the phone is going down and down. I asked if someone was there for a fixed minute, but yes. I guess they must have been busy or some reason, but the service I got was invalid. I guess I'll order somewhere else, know about it.

I'm very very very very disappointed in their delivery service. So... I ordered burgers around 7:52 and told them delivery, and I waited. I then called them at 8:58 to make sure if my order was still coming (mind you they close around 9) and the lady that answered the phone said yes and that the dude's on his way. So I waited again. Did they come through with the order? No sir, I tried calling around 9:19 again, in vain. Now I'm sitting here with nothing to eat, at least if she had the common decency to just tell me no we're closing sorry. Totally ghosted

Been making excuses not to rate a while back, but now I feel obliged to say that you truly do NOT get what you pay for at steers dunes mall! Whether it’s the “beef patty” being chewy or the chicken so dry that it makes you almost choke to death or/ and almost just non existent OR even having only cartilage pieces for ribs! Either way it’s always been the only take away I’ve been horribly disappointed with and where I actually had to add something to everything to make it palatable....
