Dunkin' - Wappingers Falls

Food was cold and took long to come out. Not sure it was actually cooked at all.

Not only can they never get a simple coffee order correct which isn't rocket science, but today I went and got my normal drink and sandwich as I do always. Today, at 10:18 AM. No one in front of me at the drive-through I didn't get my stuff until 10:39! 21 minutes to make a friggen sandwich and a coffee!!???? I was honestly amazed but confused how something so simple took 21 minutes to make! It's hard to comprehend how it could possibly take that long for two items! Amazed! On the bright note though, coffee was actually made correctly! Save you time and go anywhere but this one

The drive-thru moves pretty quickly, but if you go inside to order, or even pick up your mobile order, you’re going to be late for wherever you’re going. They move slower than molasses.

I really love this Dunkin, every time I go and get a cup of coffee iced/hot it always tastes fresh and exactly how I asked for it. I enjoy their wake up wraps when I am in a hurry to get to work and get the kids on the bus and didn’t have time to make myself something to eat. The wraps are light on the belly and again freshly made each time I go. The women and men at the drive through are always pleasant and friendly. Greeting with a good morning what can we get for you. If you are in this area I suggest going this Dunkin and trying their latest flavors that never disappoint. Great location.

I really wanted a hot cup of coffee and I pay almost 3 dollars for it. Drive away in about 2 miles down the road I try it and it’s from a burnt pot. The driver of my vehicle wouldn’t turn around so I’m stuck with a hot cup of coffee, that’s totally burnt this Duncan as I’ve been told by others really leaves a lot to be desired.
