We opted for the tasting menu, even though i wanted to try the duck and it wasn't part of the tasting menu. My brother was hoping to try the pâté. Even though these weren't on the tasting menu, other items weren't available so we got them. The pickled herring was good, i like smelly fish but this was not very pungent. The beef tartare was prepared at the table side and was excellent. There was pâté was served with the tartare. The guinea fowl soup came next which was very delicately flavoured. The duck was worth the substitution and the potatoes and cabbage went very well with it. The dessert was probably the best I've had while in Poland. It was a berry meringue like a pavlova. The meringue was really light and crunchy at the end
