3321 Bistro Dc - Washington

Yesterday for this event and was said that the lower happy hour ended at 8 o'clock, although it is advertised on her Instagram fan as the end at 9 o'clock. I arrived at 19:20 clock for my reservation at 19:30 clock. I sat with the reserved card with my name on the table. I was not greeted or said by a single employee until I asked aktiw if we have a waiter attention up to about 7:50 o'clock. Of course, it was a busy time and a coworker told us that it was a security in the kitchen and they had new employees, but it was the lack of customer service for me. Yes, you're secure and it's a tough day, but you can welcome people how they go and let them know what's going from the beginning. it was a mess. only the tables with white people were tended and my party went around 8 o'clock without water or drinks at this place. they brought a basket of chips and salsa and they were good, but they did not do the way and wise how my party was treated. we went to the @laredodc restaurant on the road and they took us up without problems and treated us with respect, even though they were up! we had drinks and only a better experience overall. it is a shame because eating really looked good at 3321, but the setting of the staff counts as well as eating itself. I could really make this home, but I took the time to make a reservation, coordinates with friends, subway and drive to this place after the work being treated like wallpaper? will not my hard earned coins in any facilities that do this.

Here for cinco de mayo and they were completely unprepared. it took 30 minutes for the first row of drinks and they were so weak, raul tequila, but they could not taste a drop. the bar station said, “Let me make them personally for them” after the second order has weak and never returned until we left. our food order never came to be there after 2 hours. we said they have new waiters, not sure how it correlates with the kitchen. it really felt like an unloaded guest, no one really welcomed us or in. always had ppl down and it was not packed. several tables went out. Finally, the water they gave was opaque, the chips were stale, and the salsa was evil. very disappointed.

Friends I went this past dinner for Brunch. Service was good, she was very kind and attentive. The food tasted good but the kitchen was honestly slow. At first we were really the only ones there around 12:30 pm. Then slowly more people started to arrive and the food for them would come out quicker than ours. We did the bottomless brunch with mimosas pineapple mimosa was all our favorite) but the tapas would take sooo long to come out. Our 2 our limit hit and we didn’t eat as much as we all would’ve wanted to for bottomless brunch.

Needless to say it was a busy time and one staff member told us there was a backup in the kitchen and they had new staff but it was the lack of customer service for me. Yeah you’re backed up and it’s a tough day, but you can greet folks as they walk in and let me know what’s going on from the beginning. It was a mess. Only the tables with white people were being tended to and my party left at 8pm without water or drinks being served at that point.
