The food was excellent. We dined there on July 3rd, and the city was quite deserted since many people were away for the Fourth of July. I was initially concerned about the lack of customers, fearing the food might not be fresh. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious my meal was. I ordered the couscous with lamb, while my wife chose the lemon chicken. Both dishes were fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant, and we will definitely return soon.
On a rainy Monday evening, it was no surprise that many restaurants were quite empty. However, this particular spot deserved to be busier, as both the food and service were genuinely delightful. We chose some recommended traditional dishes, and they were quite satisfying, especially thanks to the delicious sauces! It’s an ideal place to grab a quick falafel if you're near the Georgetown campus. But what truly stole the spotlight was the expertly made almond caramel cake for dessert! Even though I'm not usually a fan of caramel, I can't stop thinking about that incredible caramel sauce...
We accidentally discovered this restaurant, and my friend and I were pleasantly surprised by our experience. We started with some hummus, which came with warm bread—both were delicious. I ordered the lemon-marinated chicken served with vegetables and rice, while my friend chose a lamb dish that he said was excellent. The service was attentive during our visit around 3-4 in the afternoon.
