Most recent order which I made on Thursday for pick-up Friday was confirmed by email and prepaid. 12 hours later I receive an email that my order was ?failed to be submitted?. I logged in and 2 items appeared to be out of stock and needed to be removed which I did and resubmitted order. 4 hours later I check the website and menu and the item that was listed as out of stock was available so I created a second order.
Food is ok not great not bad. But the takeout process always makes me feel like a criminal when I am picking up food I paid for. I showed the person my order number in MY email inbox and she still hid the receipt rudely and asked me to say my name next time do you want to see my birth certificate too so that I can get food? Do they ask all customers for so much info or just a certain demographic? Pickup at every other restaurant on Wisconsin is pleasant and easy. I also
I never like to write bad reviews as I like to support local businesses but a recent, absolutely terrible experience prompted this. I had ordered a small takeout order since I was too tired to cook anything and was hoping for a nice simple meal. Not my first time here so I expected everything to be straightforward. Food was okay not so great. Worst customer service experience. Server was insisting to put high tip in the electronic payment system. Personally did not like that. This place is not good for vegetarian and vegan person.
Love the food, nice presentation. Service was decent. Price matches area. Would come again.
