Soul Wingz Food Truck Park

Placed an order on DoorDash waited 2 hours had a driver who was allegedly picking it up, and waiting for the food never got it. Couldn’t reach the restaurant or find a reliable number, reached out on Instagram getting no response. DoorDash tried to contact them as we with no luck terrible experience, especially when I was looking forward to the food. A restaurant should have reliable contact information, and updated ways for customers to contact them about their orders. This place does not have that, very very disappointing. The response to me commenting this is all I needed to know, you try to support a black business. And when you receive bad service you are put on the “do not serve” list how about you establish, a proper line of communication so the people that want to support you. Can contact you rude and nasty, you won’t ever have to serve me, because NEVER AGAIN. Took half an hour to confirm my order, and after two hours when a driver gets there it’s still not ready. And takes so long the driver cancels on getting my food paid 37 to get nothing, respectfully do BETTER!!

Lovely location on the street. Service may be slow, but it is still good and understandable.

I discovered this place for a fast meal. It is a cozy restaurant owned by a family, and I enjoy supporting small businesses. The food was amazing; I enjoyed it so much that I didn't even think to take pictures. The shrimp was crunchy and full of flavor, the fries were tasty, and the half smoke was just right. I also had a pineapple lemonade that complemented the meal perfectly. I will definitely return for more and highly recommend that everyone check out this spot.
