Starbucks - WATCHUNG

I usually stop by this place to get a hot coffee, Frappuccino and breakfast sandwiches. I can definitely say that they have a poor service based on my observations gathered during my visits as summarized below: 1) the person who takes order doesn?t greet you well. If you ask some suggestions about the favorite drinks, etc. they behave seems like they don?t care. 2) they don?t know how to make Frappuccino. My orders were like iced coffee all the time. 3) It is really hard to find the sandwiches and bakery products throughout the day.

Came in at around 1 pm today. Waited for 40 min and gave up. One delivery order took more than 30 min and there was just one person behind the counter to serve the customers. The least i would have expected is that the customers in line be given a heads up that the delivery order is going to take 30 min so that we have a choice to wait or not. But no, the person behind the counter could not be bothered. Terrible experience.

The starbucks at target is TRASHHHHH. Staff at the SB location is trash too lol. Drinks I got were laughable, I could?ve attempted to make them myself at that point from how disgusting they were. Save your money and go to a REAL location.

Just got a coffee from the nastiest employee ever. I have never seen anyone so rude. No smiles, bad attitude. This is the most convenient store to my house but im not coming back. $5 for a coffee and I get served by employees that are not happy. Worried they are underpaid?

I like the coffee because it 's strong. I have a hard time with the chain trying to be so quaint . I 'm much ordering with the app. Less misunderstanding of the orders. Staff always tries to be helpful and friendly.
