Gina Marie Bakery - Waterbury

The cupcakes tasted delicious, but they were tiny and they were twice the price! really should warn people before they order cupcakes if they were the size in half or double the price without warning. the personal was friendly, but gina himself was grumpy and irritable and hard to work. I'm sorry I'm not back.

Never in the bakery, my wife buys these cookies, probably at Big Y in Naugatuck. Sticker sais they paid $7.99 for this package, I will tell you they were just OK. Try to find out what is missing or just not right with the taste, and I see the ingredient list and nowhere in it, says butter? It sais, artificial butter taste and emulsified soybean oil! Yuk, that's what's wrong, at least put some butter in those cookies! I'm not for a bad review, but only disappointed by what I have here?. I'm not sure it's 2 for $7.99, but regardless of it, she didn't like it. I thought it would be a rich butterfly with my freshly brewed cup of coffee.

They make the best taralli! And they make many different varieties of taralli. My favorite are the ones with fennel. But they also have red pepper, pepper. There are so many varieties I can't remember them all. Some have a sugar frosting. I eat them like that but they go great with a beer or a glass of wine.

Tucked away in the back roads of what I call the little Italy of Waterbury is this little bakery that provides authentic Italian baked goods, cheeses, dried meat and other treats. I was pleasantly surprised by the family run business that serves great food and I hope it stays in business a very long time! Oh, I stopped by to pick up Pizzagaina for Easter that was recommended by a Facebook friend. Definitely going back!!!
