Subway - Waterbury

Staff waited for me when I ordered my family. She stood there patiently and made my sandwiches. Sandwiches were made perfect and since I am old, they helped me carry the bags out. Thanks underground! You trained people well.

Super clean business. Great place for lunch and dinner. I have chicken bacon rally under and my wife got the salad both were good. I was greeted by two ladies and Subs were just great. Recommend this place when in the area.

Great food! Amazing service! I think this is new property! I was greeted at the door and since I was in a hurry, they made sure I got everything in no time. The employee even opened the door for me.

The restaurant has our catering within an hour, we were told about system or online that they remember 24 hours, but the owners were super nice and made it so fast for us. Totally amazing service and again for our catering requirements.

Awesome experience here. The store wasn’t busy but the lady was cleaning and sanitizing that made me happy!!!
