Top O' The Mornin' - Waterbury

I'm glad I was here for breakfast at the pass. Great food, great service and the best coffee I had so far. I liked the coffee so much, I brought a pound (they sell it soil or beans). Specials were tempting (always have a fish dish on Friday), but I went with the short stack and a few eggs. I didn't eat.

The homemade Corned beef hash is the best round and incredibly expensive. Also the staff and the way they serve a meal by making a big breakfast on 3 plates instead of a dish like most other place was great!!!

My favorite breakfast. Small, compact, homie, very Irish. Nothing like a home cooked meal!

What a jewel! We were nearby and googled a breakfast place, luck for us Top of the Morning came first! The food was fresh, all homemade and excellently prepared. The waiter was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Obviously a favorite among locals, I wish we lived closer, as it would definitely be a regular hunt!

From the outside Top of the Morning isn't fancy. Inside it is clean and inviting with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The service was fast and friendly, food was superb and prices were reasonable. Would definitely come here again.
