Panera Bread - Watertown

Great service and environment!! Very quiet and homey feeling. It reminds me of brunch at grandmas. Great place for families and even pet friendly. AWESOME PLACE!!

The service is always friendly and the food is great. I had my first problem today and even that wasn't a big deal because of the way they handled it. I ordered a family meal and they missed an item. Before I even finished unpacking the meal at home they called me, apologized and made it right.

Traveling to through the area. Stopped by and tried the new flatbread pizza. Was very good. I would have it again. I changed my mind on the new spicy chicken sandwich. Looking forward to tasting that as well.

This location is a favourite! Right off the highway that always has friendly staff and clean tables. I've visited this resturant many times over the past 4 years and it is consitent with it's quality! I had the chicken, gouda and egg breakfast wrap and it was divine. I was genuinely suprised with the quality of the food during my most recent visit as I've heard other resturants have had supply chain issues recently

We ordered 2 whole salads, this was a half at best. This was supposed to be Asian Sesame Chicken. This was not the the normal greens used in this salad. Had to ask for an item we ordered that we didn't get. This Panera is so hit miss.
