Honey Bay's Bbq - Waukegan

Had a little problem with a recent order, but Honey Bay BBQ took care of me, they came out asking to call in, WOW this is a first for me and I was born here and her first grew up to do this. I did not ask for replacement or refund, but they really care about their customers by doing this, thank you very much and keep the great work!!! The food is really good satisfying in definitely return Thanks Cookie the ribs Mac was delicious.

Best grill in town, hands down. The owners remembered my name and my order from the first time I had eaten here, and they knew I was back! Recommend Jerk Chicken and Brisket!

The feeling is cozy and welcoming. The food was freshly cooked and if you have a problem, they quickly correct it as my father ordered almost weekly. Prices are typical of COVID inflation. If you can pay extra for your cigarettes and alcohol, what is a few more mice for a good home cooked food? Very family oriented and well maintained. Would highly recommend if in the area.

Authentic Alabama Barbeque. Green, okra, rib tips, pork chops, chicken, Mac and cheese, cornbread... all goods. Looks like there's a little shop window. South food and a southern hospitality of a welcome.

I came to this place with my brother, and didn’t know what to expect. Everything about the chicken from the seasoning to the tenderness to how juicy it was makes it an instant favorite spot of mine. Not to mention the people were extremely nice and made sure we had a great experience. We had the jerk chicken dinner with Mac and cheese and onion rings as sides.
