This establishment operates solely on its laundry and restaurant offerings, which are the main reasons for its franchise. However, after a year of operation, if they are unable to uphold the franchise requirements, they should be stripped of it. It seems like they are only focused on making money without providing proper service. Many travelers value the convenience of laundry facilities along this popular and affordable highway route.
We decided to leave the motel and go grab a bite to eat. The restaurant had a long line, but it moved quickly. The staff was extremely friendly.
We finally come to Wawa and believe that like everything else the Tim Hortons is open to everyone. There were a few other people who had stopped, and we all went to the door and there was an employee who shook their head...no signage, no explanation.... No problem we're going to start our business elsewhere.
Young lady with pink hair standing behind the counter yelling at customers coming in, to wait outside. COVID. I could not see through the glass how many people were in the shop. I feel that she could have stood at the door to inform customers....Another young lady with a tattoo behind her right ear, was not at all helpful. I approached the order counter, she was staring at me. I asked if I could place an order. She looked at me and nodded. I did not receive my full order. Short one black coffee. I informed her that I didn't get my coffee. She turned away. The young lady with pink hair spoke up and said that I wasn't charged for the coffee. I asked for the coffee, again she said that I wasn't charged. I gave a $5, and asked for my coffee. Finally got it. It was if I were an inconvenience. I've been retired 8 years now. If I owned this location, these two ladies would be taking a course on manners, and customer service.
