Einstein Bros. Bagels - Waxahachie

I was impressed by the fact that I was able to call 24 hours in advance to order a baker's dozen. I had to call from outside the restaurant since the parking lot is very limited. The person taking my order was very helpful and efficient. However, when I received my bagels, they were uncut and there were only a few spread options available. I live three towns south of this location and I am avoiding driving to Mansfield or Dallas. I may try to visit the Mansfield location or stop by the Dallas location around 6 o'clock on my way home from work in Corsicana.

This is a fantastic little café. The servers are very friendly and helpful, and the bagels are delicious. This is my favorite place to go.

The Google listing and signs on the door indicate that the restaurant opens at 7am. However, when I arrived at 7:20, two workers inside informed me that they wouldn't be opening until 8. The restaurant should update their hours to avoid inconveniencing customers, or address the issue of employees not following the stated opening time. This kind of misinformation can harm the restaurant's business.

It is a peaceful place to study, and a great place to be with friends and family. Delicious bagels and muffins! Their costumer service is great!

Showed up at 9am when the store shows to open. The door was locked. I watched several people show up with the same result. It is now 9:20am and the door is still locked. Very disappointed.
