Taco Cabana 20349 - Waxahachie

We waited in line for 20 minutes for our order from LIDS Ranch, where we ordered Ranch Tacos. They didn’t inform us that they were out of ranch until we noticed our tacos were missing it. When I mentioned this to the GM, Stephan, he was unable to resolve the issue. He simply told me to go to the reception, and when I returned, they informed me that our food had been thrown away. I did receive a refund, but it felt like there was zero accountability from their side. They only had three employees working, and we ended up wasting almost an hour with no food while my two-year-old was waiting in the car.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and I had a fantastic experience! A young lady with a lovely smile greeted me warmly and was incredibly polite and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. My meal was served hot and fresh. The manager even came out to check on us and see if we needed anything. Overall, my visit today was truly enjoyable and well worth it!

Not impressed! We finally decided to visit after several months, only to be told that they could only serve us through the drive-thru. That was fine, so we went through the drive-thru. But when we got to the speaker, she mentioned an additional wait time. Why couldn’t they have informed us of this while we were inside? It was over 100 degrees, and we had already spent 10 minutes in line before finding out about the extra wait. We ended up wasting gas and once again encountered a place with no staff available. Additionally, we’ve had a recurring issue where they would intentionally add cheese, sour cream, and other lactose-containing ingredients, despite our intolerance. Initially, we didn’t think it was intentional, but after listening to their conversations, it became clear that something was off.

Another nice Taco Cabana. I always get the Mexicana breakfast plate, it is delicious and is surely a hearty meal to carry you through the day. Do not forget to get the special sauces and pico de gallo. You're going well. You also make a nice breakfast Burritos. They keep it cold enough in the restaurant to hang meat, though!

Food was definitely good. Service was fast and professional. The price of steak in my burritos was Insane!! $37 for 8 steak burritos, not even a meal. I learned... and will not do that again.
