Moe's Southwest Grill - Waxhaw

The best food I've ever eaten. Stack cooked for perfection. Salsa Bar was filled. Place was clean. Fast service.

The food was terrible. Queso was engaged. Taco was completely deconstructed. No salsa. Not less than a pound of Zilantro was placed on my bowl. Don't eat here again. Come here.

Not sure what their sanitation rating is, but I won't eat there. I cleaned my food and put it in the garbage right away. So dirty and the guy who made my food, sniffed and wiped his nose. Great!

Wow is all I have. And they?re closed on the inside (no sign at the door or anything) just said online orders only. Okay cool, order online. I got the food, I missed a drink that was asked. Yeah, literally drinking everything except root beer and Dr. Pfeffer. Rice was not cooked and crispy, man could not even finish his food it was so rough. No salsa and was completely broken like 5 chips. In any case, the worst experience, don't eat here literally anywhere else.

I went here for the first time and it was hectic. I had an online order and I got there on time to pick it up. When I checked the order in my car, I realized that it was an order for someone with a different last name and walked back in to return it for my actual order. In those two minutes, four people were ahead of the line and it took 10 minutes for them to make their way down to me, run around clueless of where my actual order is, and another 15 mins for me to get my actual order (they hadn?t made it in the first place or maybe the other customer took my order). The line was reaching the door and people left because the line wasn?t moving. There was one manager and maybe an assistant manager but none of them were leading and making sure the line was moving. One gentleman behind me was getting irate because his food had been made in line but was sitting there while everyone was trying to figure out where up and down was. I don?t blame the kids working behind the bar. They needed a manager to help lead them but he didn?t seem helpful. On top of that, the bar where the food was being made looked so messy and crusty and I wouldn?t be surprised if cleaning/sanitation was not being kept up during and after hours of the store. This store needs some serious improvement before I go back in there.
