Contribuisci feedbackOne thing a business owner should have is mediocre customer service skills and professionalism when someone makes a complaint or doesn't agree but you won't find that here if you decide to complain.My mother a almost 80 year old lady ordered a cake and paid for it in full she never asked for a discount or anything like that she paid what she originally agreed to in full but she did make a complaint because it was nothing like what was asked for. Left the shop and recieved the most absurd and unprofessional call from the owner. Speaking down to my mother. The cake was okay tho but the experience not so much. So don't complain and you should be all set but don't agree and complain be prepared!! And just a fyi the owner will probably respond on this post and you'll get just a version of how she is when you have a complaint with her business. In fact you can go back where others haven't liked it or complained and see the pattern!!!!
Blech. Worst cannoli I have ever had, both the shell and the filling were just *off*. The cupcakes and cookies were okay not nothing spectacular.
Charged me an extra dollar a few days later for no reason. No clue why. Ended up almost $6 for my powdered stale coffee. Watch your credit card statement
The Oatmeal cookie and Apple fritter were ok, but the sprinkled donut, and brownie were not edible.. very stale!!!Update: Changing review from 2 stars to 4, as the owner refunded my . Thank you :
Great staff and good sweets! If I could give 4.5 stars instead of 4 I would. My only complaint is that the little shop area upstairs is cute but not really kid friendly. Lots of vulgar words and suggestive sayings. Funny stuff , but awkward when you want to stop in with kids for a treat.
