Needs lot of work,first the bathroom was filthy,the food was bland and they got my 2 sandwich order wrong, ordered 2 double roast beef and got 2 singles!!! Ordered at drive through. Where you order is way before the menu. Pulled up to menu and had to backup so I could order and hear what employee was saying. Shack machine down AGAIN. Something wrong with cheddar. The one who took my order has a personality of a stick. Acted like he didn’t care if I was there or not. He’s probably got his wish, don’t think I’ll be back.
