Contribuisci feedbackTerrible experience. Can 't say anything about the food because I didn 't receive any. They closed the restaurant for renovations but forgot to close off their ordering system. Ordered food through their online system and only realized they were closed WHEN I reached the restaurant. After a phone call and 2 emails still no response about processing a refund for the food I didn 't get... How convenient....
Easily one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to in that area. When you walk in, it appears the restaurant is closing down or not fully opperational. There are missing tables and chairs, the tvs are not functional and the air conditioner was broken (the day me and my party came) menu is basic at best with descriptions and pictures that don't make the food look anything near to appetizing. Waited nearly 45 minutes for our food to arrive (cold) while we watched the servers (not one but both of them) behind the bar enjoying chicken wings (we ordered chicken wings as well and did not get them yet) granted they may not have been our wings, but I don't know any restaurants that allow their staff to eat behind the bar in full view of patrons... at least go to the back, and eat.. was gross and unsanitary to think they were handling our food and drinks after licking their fingers clean from the chicken wings... Needless to say, I personally won't be back and would bet this place doesn't last long due to lack of effort and poor menu options.
Well, no air conditioning does not help. The place was really quiet (very few customers in such a large space gives an uneasy feeling). Fries took an hour to order, considering that is all our table ordered with our drinks, I would say that is a tad too long. The waitress was friendly
My husband and I visited your location tonight. We've never been before, he got me a gift card for my birthday and we thought we'd try someplace new. We walked in and the restaurant was empty, it took a while for anyone to seat us after the sign at the front said please wait to be seated. Sat down ordered appetizers and went to order a main I wanted ribs and the server let me know they were out of ribs sorry on a friday night. The portions were not great but the food tasted okay. We had to flag down our waitress to get our bill, once the food was dropped off she never came back to the table. We got the waitress behind the bars attention and she sent over our waitress. We let her know we had a gift card and she said they couldn't process it because their manager wasn't there and they didn't know how. We asked if the other waitress knew how to do it she went over and she claimed to not know either. She said her manager was the only one who could authorize a gift card and they were never shown. We asked if the manager was available, she let us know there was no manager on the premises. What restaurant doesn't have a manager or supervisor on duty? We're very disappointed and the appeal to come back is gone.
This is a very nice comfortable place, with lots of options for beer. I ordered the beer platter and was able to choose 5 different flavours. They were all very good, I couldn't even finish them. The onion rings and sweet potato fries with the dipping sauce are heavenly
