I don’t understand why the staff won’t understand a simple thing as ‘less ice’. I bought a sago taro with less ice. I requested very precisely that i need extremely less ice cos its not good for my throat! they still put so much ice in my drink! half my drink was ice! why would someone do such a thing! My husband bought a mango smoothie and his drink had pearls more than the actual drink. so badly made! didn’t expect this from Coco.. !

I went to the store to buy the bill in Chinese, the clerk told me that I could not understand to speak English, and then a customer behind me ordered in Chinese successfully.The service is so bad, very speechless

Bubble tea was not good, taste was off and very artificial.

Just got a strawberry latte from there and couldn’t even finish 1 sip. The milk taste so bad and feels like it’s not even fresh. Very bad experience.

I always order online to make sure I can quickly grab my drink, I love their bubble teas!
