I had my first experience at this restaurant with friends, and it was amazing! From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. The woman at the front was extremely friendly and had a delightful, positive demeanor. To make things even better, she surprised us with a complimentary bowl of churros for dessert. I will definitely be going back!

I ordered the buy one, get one free big burrito, but I was disappointed to find that they were mainly lacking in filling. The portion sizes were quite small. After taking a bite, I returned to the restaurant to express my concerns, but the owner explained that because it was a buy one, get one free promotion, they used fewer toppings. This reasoning doesn’t seem right to me. If they can't manage the promotion properly, they shouldn't offer it at all. I even placed both burritos near the cash register and took a photo for evidence. I hope you will take appropriate action regarding this issue. I'm also submitting a similar complaint to the Fat Bastard Burrito franchise.
