The variety of products is really great with a lot of sugar free gluten free products within reasonable prices. Let alone the delicious cheesecakes that I couldn’t believe they were keto as well.Definitely recommend

I searched for a keto-friendly shop for a while and was glad to find this one. They carry a nice variety of baked goods and packaged keto products. I only sampled the baked goods this time. The cheesecake bar was heavenly, while the Nanaimo bar tasted mainly of salt. The cupcakes were a bit stale and so was the piece of cake, I had to throw it out. I'm still planning on trying some new products from the store but hope for a better rotation on the baked goods!

Went to their first location before bankruptcy. Then tried there new location. Still over priced and people that work there should practice or know about keto. Walked out as I saw it didn't change and I don't trust them .

Being on a gluten free and low fodmap diet I was craving a bakery style treat and found this location from Google searching. Sadly it left me disappointed. The customer service was great, but for what I wanted, the red velvet cheesecake brownie was no good. The coconut pineapple cheesecake was pretty tasty, but not great. Sadly I won’t be returning.
