Burger King - Webster

Would not give stars if I could! Every time I am there, they have understood the order wrong, I mean every time, I asked each time when no mayo is on chicken sandwich and they put it on, I even tell them, they can be sure, and they say yes. 6 times that happened, and every time the reception does not reflect a mayo, then when I say it is wrong, they look absolutely and I like my name is karen, I mean every time! they make a lot to talk out, the lower line is that they are wrong every time. last night I sent it back and they made a new one, with mayo on it! I was stupid! and they want more per hour, then they will get up not let me “have it my wise ”. the staff could take care less! I hang in there cus I love burger king, but after last night I'm done!

Great eating every time I come with eating is hot and just what they are looking for in a fast eating experience. however, the south-west bacon head jr. is the worst burger I have ever had the dissatisfaction of eating, although grateful in the wonderful $5 her away meal, they can replace such decoy sine beards with the double-hopper jr, and absolute classic. it is not the fault of this place, more a bad decision of the king, so remains 5 star evaluation. also the chicken fries are a divine.

Let's see. not a single one in front, but 5 people standing around do nothing. Perhaps one of them could actually clean the men's bath that has never been cleaned in weeks. the whole ground of the urinal is brown! really! paper towels on the whole floor because they are too lazy to check the bathroom all day! Maybe the girls at the front theke have the huge hickey on their next to cleaning. real classy!

This is what I got for a $8.00 hamburger Whopper with cheese) ...I watched the burger cook scratch his head with his gloved hand and then use that dirty hand to put the lettuce on my Whopper...then he took a tired old steamed hamburger patty out of a warming tray...the Whopper was disgusting and I threw it out. I talked with the manager and he did not care. Never again the Burger King on Hard Road in Webster, NY. I have had nice fresh delicious fresh cooked Whoppers at the Rochester location and I love a properly prepared $8.00 Whopper with cheese; but not at the Webster location.
