Domino's Pizza - Wellesley

Oct2022: 2?: I would not recommend this restaurant location nor any of these workers inside. I stopped by this location today as a result of a desire for a good ole pizza. I tried to place an order online for the rewards pizza and found that there wereseveral windows that pop during the final ordering process. The distraction caused me to close the added window with two pizzaorders in my cart instead of one. I had to delete the extra one, but did so without checking to verify that it was the one Iordered originally. I arrived at the pizza shop expecting to get a two topping pizza, but received a basic cheese one instead.Upon entry to the store, it was a bunch of young kids goofing off in the front of the restaurant. It seemed this was a hang outlocation instead of a functional business. I picked up the pizza depart at the location for my vehicle. I checked the pizza whenI got to my vehicle and realized that it was just a cheese pizza. I went back into the restaurant and asked what happened to thetwo toppings that were supposed to be on the pizza. He just said after looking at the computer that's what you ordered. If Idid, it was an error. If you want something different, you will have to pay for a separate one. Hmmm, I guess he wanted to showoff in front of all his friends in the store. Thanks for the heads up and customer support.

Ordered food at 6:30pm. Food never arrived and required three phone calls to have the food delivered more than 2 hours after it was ordered. We live 5 minutes from the location. If you are going to order from this location, you would be better served topick it up instead of having it delivered. What is normally a simple process when ordering from Dominos seems to be very hardwhen ordering from this location. Calling the location yields incorrect information and minimal results. They need to do better.

I like this store because the staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered pizza and wings, they were cooked perfectly. Usually don?t have time to go to a regular restaurant so dominos is always a good option. I recommend to try the cheeseburger pizza,it?s so good!

Regis has been ordering from this location for a while, but whoever I spoke with today was awfully rude. They tried rushing me off the phone and urged me to order online, which I do not mind doing; however, the tax exempt is not reflected when you orderonline. When I wanted to confirm my order at the end, they were like Okay okay okay, bye ... I understand we 're all busy, butthat does not need to lead into rudeness. I really hope my order is correct tonight.

Great service Arton was able to help assist me perfectly with my order and got my food in record time! Felt like a valued customer will definitely be back for more late night dominos.
