So I stand around for 5 minutes trying to get someone?s attention with all the nearbyemployees pretending not to see me standing there with receipt in hand looking for help. And I mean standing where they cannotplace more to-go items on their table without having to pass me. I smile and politely say ?excuse me?..?. About the third time,I get assistance. I get being busy. I get having an off day, but four off days in a row?.? Time to try the family -owneddonut shop down the road?..it?s even outdoors.
The dunkins here has good coffee and is very clean inside for that it is 3 stars. The only problem that I have with this location is rude staff and they never get your order right. Other than those 2 issues I would be giving 5 stars.
Stopped in for breakfast after spending the night at a nearby hotel (which did not supply breakfast). This is one of the nicest looking Dunkin' establishments I've ever seen. We enjoyed egg and cheese sandwiches on English muffins and coffees. Everything was very good, and the coffee, which I tend to find somewhat weak at most Dunkin' establishments, was quite rich and tasty. Service was friendly and efficient. The interior was bright and clean. More than ample parking was available.
Went around 7am ish only to be told there’s no doughnuts available. None. When I asked when the woman stated she was not sure when they’ll have more ready.
My bride and I both enjoy Dunkin Coffee. The only thing that is a bit annoying is their new pickup system. You order your coffee, food, etc and go to the next window to pick them up. My wife always gets a bagel to go with her coffee. The bagels are now kept in the food prep area as most people probably get them toasted with butter, cream cheese, etc. She never gets anything on it, just a bagel, unsliced that they put in a bag for her. Since no one has to toast or slice it, no one bags it either. This happens every time we order a plain bagel. After standing there awhile waiting for a bagel and watching customers behind me leave with their food, I usually say something and seem annoyed. The next four days we are on vacation, the same situation occurs. Should be a simple fix but no one seems to notice.
