Texas Roadhouse - West Bend

We love the restaurant and usually really good service. This place has gotten so much better in the past 3-4 years! If your a steak lover or just want a salad with a fun atmosphere this is the place to be. Have a birthday comming up, bring them here and celibate together! Need a place to relax and watch sports maybe have a drink or two? Yup they have that covered to with a bar and tvs. Over all just scoot your booty in and yes haw!

As soon as you step in this place, it reaffirms your Americanness. I like that. The food is good and plenty full. Most people walk out with to go bags. I really like the atmosphere, too!

When you bring kids, BEWARE! The pay terminal device on the table has games on it that the kids can activate WITHOUT any sort of a approval. $1.99 get charged to you bill as a result. Poor form IMO.

We were here at 3:30 on a Sunday. We were extremely surprised by the fact no rolls. Would not be any until after 4:30. Which in reality were not going to be made at all!Appetizers were mediocre. All entrees were cold when served. When the manager came to talk to us he seemed not concerned about the lack of quality of the food being served. His comment about rolls not even being made, it happens that they didn't have them made. Really? How can a manager just blow this off?Can't believe this happened not sure we will ever be back to this specific restaurant. Extremely disappointed
