Arby's - West Chester Township

The only issue I encountered was that the gift cards did not work on Arby's machines. After trying to swipe the cards 8 times, I took them to another register and was finally able to get a new one to work. Now I have two cards with $3 and $4 dollars on them. The Bratbeef sandwiches were delicious, and the staff was friendly.

The food is always delicious and fresh, but their payment system is terrible. No matter what method of payment I try to use, the staff acknowledges that it is a well-known issue. I only go there when I have cash on hand. The staff is very friendly.

Very appreciate the management in this place. Great service with a friendly arrangement and suggestions to help customers save money. I'm always happy with Arby's food and if they have specialties, it's a much better value than standard prices. This special visit was impressed by the way the assistant manager with some customer challenges, and very professional.
