Contribuisci feedbackThe best service and my Double Cheese Pot Roast Sandwich was delicious. Amanda ran things and her crew for the night did a great job. It is what is needed in many other places.
We visited the restaurant on Mother's Day, arriving at 9:55 and were told there would be a 30-45 minute wait. Surprisingly, we were seated only about 20 minutes later. Our server was Krista, who did a fantastic job despite being one of only two servers working in a very busy restaurant. Krista was responsible for checking people in, seating guests, taking orders, bringing refills, and more. It was clear she was overwhelmed, along with the other server. When we asked why there were only two servers, we were informed it was due to a last-minute call-in. This seemed unacceptable, as the restaurant should have been adequately staffed for such a busy day. We feel sorry for both servers and hope that management will take action against the employee who called in last minute and reevaluate their staffing plans for future holidays. Additionally, we hope that the hard work of these two employees will be recognized with extra compensation for their efforts on such a demanding day.
Brady was by far the best server we ever had at a Bob Evans. He made us feel we were in a fine restaurant and he was also very good for our children. Even the food was great, but someone must make Brady the head of server training for all Bob Evans.
We were waiting for Kylie and she did an absolutely amazing job. She was new and I was so proud of how hard she tried to make our food experience brilliant. Thank you Kylie! We're coming back!
We went for breakfast that morning and the waiter did an outstanding job. He checked on us throughout our meal and even gave us a cup of coffee to take with us. We were very satisfied with the service and the food was excellent.
