I ordered multiple items and the order was correct. The Family bundle is a good value!

The lettuce is absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed to put it on their food! When ordering I wanted to add cheese to the Original Chicken Sandwich and there is no option to do so. I wanted extra pickles on the Double Whopper Meal and there was no option to do so. They have an option for "special instruction" but they don apos;t allow for special instructions. I asked my kind dasher if he could request a side of pickles because there apos;s no option to do so.... BK had him call me and say they needed to charge me for the extra pickles! I decided not to get them. First, how would they charge me at that point, after I paid DD? Secondly, why am I being put out because you don apos;t have your menue setup in a way that can benefit myself BK? Let apos;s not mention, I asked for 2 orders of onions rings and received 1 order of OR and 1 order of fries. Don apos;t let me get started on the horrible, hard 16 Pc. Chicken Nuggets . Corporate should be embarrassed by this BK location!

Ordered two coffees and a sausage croissant. Disgusting. The coffees were weak as heck. As soon as I began to pour in the creamer, it IMMEDIATELY turned into warm milk. I dared to drink it and regretted it right away. And the sandwich was mushy. How the heck did they do that? Ill never order from this nasty place again.

Bacon Double Cheeseburger no bacon onions or ketchup

Bacon was uncooked! Burger was cold! Bun was hard! They never sent my 3rd sandwich! Never order from this location again!
