Barn Town Brewing - West Des Moines

Omg 1st time go and man didn't disappoint us. was able to taste the different kind of beer and I don't say bad. even home. the Hawaii punch is a must. the food is great. I found her at the iowa State Fair. cant wait for cotton candy beer. coming 2023

My family and I went here for late lunch. The beer was amazing, and the food was good. We also loved the atmosphere; it was cozy and welcoming. My husband and I ordered two tasting flights, one with their traditional/base brews (i.e. Iowa Gold) and one with more interesting flavors. While all beers were good, I was particularly impressed by the peanut butter and jelly beer... it actually tasted like a PB J sandwich! I really liked the sour we tried. We were also impressed by the menu. It contained many more food options than other breweries in the region. Our children disappeared the Mac cheese, and my husband and I enjoyed the cheese-shorted appetizer! I definitely recommend this brewery if you are looking for unique beer taste. We're coming back!

We were looking for a place to eat and that caught our eye. Had the onion locusts and smokehouse BBQ with a salad. Amazing food.

Freaking amazing! I have the chicken ornaments that are the best in the area, and now I think I have one of the best burgers with an amazing Bretzel bread and Speck Marmelade! Did I mention the Pommes? This place hand cuts their fries daily and they are made to perfection! Not in Pommes? No worries get their max and cheese! You won't regret it!

Fun atmosphere, huge selection of beer quite a few sour options. The ecto coolest was amazing and they had it available in slush form, which would be wonderful on a hot summer day. Friendly staff and fun decor. We’ll definitely be back!
