After a long day decided to head to Cheesecake Factory, full disclosure this is not my first time but for some odd reason there were out of spot of their appetizers. My husband got a hot fudge sundae because it's just crazy hot in Iowa and why not indulge in some ice cream. I got the lunch special fettuccine Alfredo but I sub it with Louisiana chicken. The pasta itself was okay but the chicken I was hoping with have more flavor too it. Definitely disappointed. We got the chicken taquitos and those are always really good. This place in located in/ near Mall so lots of parking. Our server Mary was amazing she was super sweet and always checked up on us.

Cheesecake Factory is normally good and our waiter was trying his best, but slow service, out of many items (normal ice tea and even ice! made dinner a trying experience. We will try again the next time we come through town in our travels, but tonight was a huge miss!

It's always super busy and a long wait but I always get the chicken piccata because it's the best thing on the menu! Service and quality is always consistent. I like to try different dessert items each time. I love the cookie dough Cheesecake and tiramisu.

The server knocked over a drink on the table, served a raw hamburger, avocados were brown and not the green like most avocados are suppose to look like. Manager did very little to correct these issues. Would not recommend this restaurant.
