Aside from the service, everything was wonderful. The staff was fantastic.
The restaurant was impeccably clean, with a view of the wood/stone oven and prep area where the chef worked his magic from our table 20. The music was a mix of classics, from Sinatra to Fleetwood Mac. Jacqui, our waitress (possibly the manager), was funny and attentive, giving us plenty of time to decide on our order. She also handled a small problem at another table with professionalism and speed. When a family arrived, Jacqui treated the children as valued customers. Our food arrived promptly, with fresh and flavorful starters and a delicious main course. The prawns were incredibly fresh, the knödel light and fluffy, and the black-blue burger was succulent and well-balanced. The cannoli was a standout, with al dente pasta, rich ricotta, fresh spinach, and flavorful tomato sauce. We will definitely be returning!
