Taqueria El Tio Ramos - West Dundee

This is as dirty as it can be. Table were dirty and smell like dirty rags , a lady was sweeping the floor right next us and wasn't even doing a good job. The waitress ignored when mentioned about the table been dirty and smelly. Workers were handling food without gloves, and one of them was cleaning his nose with his arm. Too busy talking and joking around. Too pricey and the orchata drink it was mostly chip milk. Second and last time there, no more chances. One star cause there are no zero stars. Left the place after paying for the so called orchata.

UPDATE*The quality of the food has changed drastically I no longer enjoy the food from here and neither does family.today i ordered a barbacoa burrito Because in the past i recall them being pretty good but the one i received today was just Plain Gross , at first glance you can see that the burrito had A Huge piece of straight meat in it,the meat was not cut or or anything it was just a chunk of dry ,unflavored ,meat ,i took all the meat out and as youll see in the picture this is NOT barbacoa even in the slightest .

Good food, kind of expensive for what it is tho, but my husband loves the tacos. I wish there was a bilingual person working the phones tho.

Best tacos and best customer service ever we love this place!! One time they even accepted my order for pick up at 9:55 (they close at 10) and unlocked the door for me when I got there 10 min past closing

Definitely the management changed and the new food that they serve is absolute trash. Had the canned carrots and potatoes inside the burritos yuck ?. And the tacos was so awful with dry cilantro and almost cooked onions. Save yourself by not going there. End of going back to fav restaurant ever.
