The waitress was very attentive, and the owner even came out to spend time with us. The food was incredible and portion sizes VERY large. Definitely enough for dinner, and another meal. The owner was kind enough to give us complimentary pastries. This place is GREAT
We order from here all the time. Last weekend we got a no-show delivery. They claim it was delivered but I definitely fed my kids PB&J for dinner due to no pizza. Restaurant dug their heels in, I didn't even want my money back, just an apology. Said they would call me to talk about it and never did. Mostly just disappointed : Edit: Brother’s replied to this review and I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that something went wrong this particular evening. I wrote this review from a place of frustration. Updated from 2 to 4 stars.
I have ordered pizza from them and never had any problems but today 11/12/2023 I ordered and was eating and found a HAIR in my pizza you just lost a customer can I call them and they said they would give me another went there and they gave me nothing poor business Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50
Owner is very passionate and this can come across as demanding of his employees but he makes sure his customers are taken care of and that's what matters. Pizzas taste great. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
First time ordering from Brother’s and the last. Pizza had really no taste. Honestly, a frozen pizza regardless brand, would certainly be better. I also, experienced an item missing from my order that I was charged for. I called the business, a girl answered, I had explained that I had just placed and received an order through door dash, told her that I wish missing an item and was charged for it. When I told her what was missing, her response was, oh we are out of that. I asked, do you ever call the customer to let them know, she said hold on. Another girl picked up the phone and I explained it to her, her response was, we gave it to the customer and I’d need to contact door dash, as I was thanking her, she hung up! Never again!
