Angelina's Pizza - West Hartford

While the food is great, the customer service leaves much to be desired. There seems to be a recurring issue with forgetting items, and the attitude when addressing it is disappointing. Customer feedback is crucial for any business, and I hope steps are taken to improve the overall experience and make customers feel valued.

First time visiting and it won't be my last. I ordered 2 cheese slices and paid about $9. I waited about 5 minutes and my order was ready. I live in Bristol so I had to try a slice as I was driving home. I waited a few minutes for it to cool and I literally destroyed that slice! It was so good! Crust was crispy and thin, sauce tasted house made and delicious and plenty of melted cheese. I must go back and try other things. I saw some empty pizza boxes and they looked huge!! I'm guessing they were large, but larger then most other places. If you're in the Hartford and in the mood for NY style pizza, go try them.. you'll thank me.

Best pizza in the area. Joe is the nicest guy, and they deliver a consistently high quality pizza. I live in Manchester, but go to West Hartford for this pizza, it's that good. They do have an unfortunate tendency to cut their pies in squares, but will give you pie sliced on request. The place is small and not much to look at easy to miss, but hard to pass. Try the buffalo chicken pie.
