However, when they brought burnt onion rings to our table, and I asked them for a replacement, they told me it would take another 20 minutes because of everyone ahead of us. I'm a little shocked they would even serve food like this. We decided to leave.
Im not usually one to complain, but I ordered 4 sandwiches, get them home and they're missing toppings and the top bun. Literally just the bottom bun and patty. Not sure how you miss that.
Tiny portions for the price. Medium shake is size of a small and fam fries are definitely not ?big enough for 4 people? like she said, barely enough for 2. The kids make tons of mistakes here but I?ve been willing to be patient as they do everywhere. Last time totally forgot fries. $30 for 1/2 the amount of food elsewhere.
Some days its a hit, most days are a miss. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, got home and had no top bun?! Read previous reviews, looks like this is 'business as usual ' for Culver 's. Try it out, but check your buns!
Great food, when they get your order right. EVERY time we get food at Culvers in West Jordan they mess something up. This location has a bunch of teenage employees who are more interested in socializing with each other than on people's orders. In the current economy, having to burn gas to go back and get food that we paid over $50 represents a huge inconvenience and financial strain. I realize that it's hard to keep staff in these times but if people want to keep employees they need to train them with competence and common sense.
